Failure to make payments by the agreed deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation terms are governed by your charter agreement.

Where no separate agreement applies, cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and expenses already incurred.

8. Charter Conditions

All yacht charters are subject to:

Weather conditions
Port authority regulations
Maritime safety requirements
Availability of the selected yacht
The captain’s final decision regarding navigation and passenger safety

The Company reserves the right to substitute a comparable yacht where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Client Responsibilities

Charter guests agree to:

Follow all safety instructions.
Respect the yacht and its equipment.
Comply with applicable Greek laws and maritime regulations.
Avoid dangerous or illegal activities while on board.

The Company reserves the right to terminate a charter without refund if guest behaviour endangers the yacht, crew, passengers or others.

10. Liability

While we make every effort to ensure accurate information, we do not guarantee that:

the website will always be available,
information is error-free,
all descriptions are free from inaccuracies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
